It was so informative, and had alot of useful information & ideas that the other spa magazines just don't have. I really enjoyed "Hitting the right nerve" The step by step guide to improving your customer service. I literally read it cover to cover which I never do with the other magazines. Being a new spa owner, I am open to all suggesions, I picked up alot of good information that I will implement from that segment, and most of the ideas were things that could easily be included in our day to day interaction with our clients as well as my staff.
