THE INSTORE SHOW REACHED ITS FIRST MAJOR SALES MILESTONE

Last week when the number of booth spaces applied for at the new brand-new event reached 100.

That means that in little more than one month since sales opened, deposits have been received for 25% of the event's proposed 400-plus exhibitor booths. THE INSTORE SHOW is being held from April 19-21, 2009 at Navy Pier in Chicago.

Though the final list of exhibitors at THE INSTORE SHOW will be determined by the show management in order to provide the best possible buying mix for retailers attending the event, the intense early interest in exhibiting at THE INSTORE SHOW has impressed show organizer Jim Reed.

"There's been so much enthusiasm from potential exhibitors," says Reed. "We are very excited to have already reached 25% of our booth sales goal in such a short time period. The range of exhibitors who have applied for space has also been exciting - loose diamonds, high-end designer lines, castings, displays, and bench supplies. THE INSTORE SHOW will have it all!"

In other news, the promotional website for THE INSTORE SHOW is launching this week at www.theinstoreshow.com. The site includes an overview of the event's main themes as well as expanded details on the unique location of THE INSTORE SHOW - Chicago's Navy Pier.
