INSTORE TAKES SECOND STRAIGHT FOLIO: AWARD FOR BEST PUBLICATION (September 27, 2007)
For the second consecutive year, INSTORE has been named Best Retail Magazine in the B2B category at FOLIO: magazine's prestigious Eddie and Ozzie Awards.
The FOLIO: judges chose the June 2007 issue of INSTORE (the Naomi Campbell "Vegas" edition) based on its "editorial excellence."
Some 3,000 entries were submitted in the competition this year and among the winners in other categories were such illustrious publications as People, Fast Company, Glamour and National Geographic.
"INSTORE'S team of dedicated journalists has developed a magazine that our entire industry can be proud of," said INSTORE publisher Dan Kisch. "We are deeply gratified that FOLIO: has, once again, acknowledged Instore's continuing commitment to producing award-winning content for retail jewelers."
A highly regarded industry competition, the Eddie and Ozzie Awards are sponsored by FOLIO:, the "magazine for magazine management." They are open to magazine publications from around the world and decided by a panel of more than 100 expert judges. The Eddies are awarded for editorial excellence, and the Ozzies for design excellence.
